AI & Content Policy

ARDEZART may use artificial-intelligence and other automated tools to support research, transcription, translation, summarization, drafting, headline exploration, metadata, image ideation, production workflows, and quality checks.

Human editorial responsibility

AI tools do not hold editorial responsibility. ARDEZART remains responsible for what it publishes. Material intended for publication should receive human review for relevance, coherence, sourcing, rights, and obvious factual problems before it is published.

Verification and sourcing

AI output is not treated as a source. Factual claims should be checked against credible source material, with primary sources preferred where practical. We do not knowingly publish fabricated quotations, citations, events, people, or projects generated by automated systems.

Images and media

AI-assisted or AI-generated visuals may be used for illustration, concept development, or editorial presentation. They should not be presented as documentary evidence of a real event, place, object, or person when they are not. A disclosure will be added when the synthetic nature of an image is material to understanding it.

Privacy and sensitive material

We avoid entering confidential information or unnecessary personal data into generative tools. Sensitive claims and high-impact topics require greater scrutiny and should not rely solely on automation.

Disclosure

We disclose substantial AI involvement when it is relevant to a reader's assessment of the work. Routine assistive uses such as spelling, formatting, or metadata support may not receive an individual label.

Corrections
